Music for breathwork facilitation
I’ve created these soundscapes for you to use when you guide breathwork. They are like little musical bundles of 3 chapters.
1: An ambient drone for relaxation and gear 1 and 2.
2: An ambient drone with gentle drumming rhythm for gear 3 (and higher)
3: A downtempo groove for energetic rhythms and gear 4 and 5.
They are all made to have one vibe that you can stay in for as long as makes sense for the session. The tracks all last 1 hour. And you can smoothly switch from one to the other depending on which level of intensity / rhythm you want.

They are tuned in a specific key, so that you can play along with for example your handpan if it matches the center note.

Gear Poster
Pdf is best for printing. We have with crop and bleed and without.
Most printing places would like this crop and bleed because they can’t print to the corner.
If your unsure just ask your printing service what they want.
JPG
JPG are low quality images. Good for on website’s or slides to reduce sizes of the files.
PNG
PNG files are higher quality.
Better when you want higher quality images for using in slides used on larger screens or printing on smaller posters and handouts.
